Parties and Advisors are prohibited from unauthorized disclosure of information obtained by Pennsylvania Highlands Community College through the Resolution Process to the extent that information is the work product of Pennsylvania Highlands Community College (meaning it has been produced, compiled, or written by Pennsylvania Highlands Community College for purposes of its investigation and resolution of a Complaint). It is also a violation of Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Policy to publicly disclose work product or a party’s personally identifiable information without authorization or consent. Violation of this Policy is subject to significant sanctions.
