ServSafe is the Educational Foundation’s premier food safety program, tailored for food service managers, caterers, chefs, health officials, and inspectors. The program emphasizes the critical role of food service leaders in assessing risks, establishing policies, and effectively training and supervising staff.
This comprehensive four-part curriculum tackles key aspects of food safety, including developing robust safety systems, managing the flow of food in service operations, and maintaining sanitary facilities and equipment.
Upon completing the program, participants will be eligible to take the ServSafe Certification Exam. Please note that this course requires the purchase of a textbook, and an additional fee applies to those needing to retake the exam.
