The Certifying Official for military educational benefits is located in the Financial Aid Office at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. This office is your link for handling all paperwork required for those applying to the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for educational benefits; problems with educational benefit processing; credit for military service, tutorial assistance and financial aid counseling/information.
All military personnel are strongly encouraged to contact the DVA at 1-888-442-4551 for their most current information regarding their benefits and/or that of their family members, as well as any questions regarding payments.
