  • New Student Orientation

    Attendance is required for all new students. Our orientation program helps you smoothly transition into the College community, academically and socially. You’ll learn how to maximize your college experience and acquire key skills for success. You’ll also get to meet classmates, administrators, and staff, understand your career path, and learn about the technology and processes necessary for your first day of classes.

    We are excited to welcome you as a new student and look forward to assisting you to become acclimated to the resources and services available. Orientation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2024 from 11:00am – 3:00pm for students from all our locations at the Richland Campus.

    Each student may bring up to two guests. Check-in is from 10:00am – 10:55am. The Bookstore will be open before and after Orientation; a Resource and Activity Fair will be held from 9:00am – 10:55am and 3:00pm – 4:30pm for you to complete your New Student Checklist prior to departing for the day. You will be obligated to stay the entire day.


     

  • College Senate

    The College Senate will serve as an advisory group to the President on matters of mutual interest to the Student Senate, the Faculty Senate, the Administrative Senate, and the Staff Senate. As such, it provides a structure to ensure that representatives of the various governance bodies of the College have a venue and a voice in the decision making processes of the College and that these representatives have an opportunity to hear the various opinions of their colleagues.

    The College Senate meeting will take place via Zoom. Links will be available at a later date.
