It’s an unforgettable night where joy and knowledge intertwine, creating cherished memories and bringing stories to life.

    This FREE literacy event enhances academic literacy development and exposes attendees to literature. Contributions are gratefully accepted to support the Caring for Cubs Education Club.

    Literacy Night Schedule

    • 5:00 – 5:30 PM – Registration, Check-In, & Free Pizza/Drinks
    • 5:30 – 7:30 PM – Literary Rotations

    Children will be supervised by students from the Early Childhood Education and Education programs as they explore various literacy stations. Each station features a hands-on, developmentally appropriate activity designed to keep children engaged. The groups will rotate through each station every 10 minutes.

    Parents and/or Guardians of the attendees must stay with their children at the event.

    Board of Trustees Meeting

    April 21, 2026, 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm , Penn Highlands Richland

    The Board of Trustees is the policy-making body of the College and is ultimately responsible for setting the larger agenda for the institution. The Board is comprised of representatives from private, for-profit companies, education, and non-profits. The Cambria County Commissioners appoint 12 members to our Board of Trustees. Three additional members are board-appointed from locations in which the College has an academic center, and the Student Senate President serves as a voting member.

    The Board of Trustees meeting takes place at the Richland Campus in the Holtzman Board Room and/or via Zoom.
