The Black Bears Women’s Softball Team is a proud member of National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 20 and the Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (WPCC). Penn Highlands currently competes at the Division 3 level of the NJCAA.
Home games are held at alternating fields, either Richland High School or the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
